On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, the General Authority for Media Regulation held a workshop titled 'Digital Advertising on Social Media Platforms.' The workshop, aimed at digital advertising companies, focused on highlighting the opportunities and challenges in the field of digital advertising through social media platforms. It provided a comprehensive overview of service quality and procedures, as well as an introduction to the technologies and data supporting digital advertising on the internet.
This workshop extends the Authority’s efforts to support and develop startups in the digital advertising field by clarifying the future outlook on digital advertising, exploring promising opportunities in the sector, and assessing the risks and challenges faced by digital advertisers on social media platforms.
