Select the service (Electronic News Agency activity).
Complete the required information.
The Editor-in-Chief must be of Saudi nationality.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a university degree or its equivalent.
In the case of companies, the above conditions apply to their representatives.
Proof of domain ownership.
Proof of business operation.
Commercial register including the required media activity.
The license applicant must have a specific address (national address).
The applicant's identity must be valid (national ID - resident ID - passport).
