The license applicant must have a legal representative before the General Authority for Media Regulation.

The applicant must be the owner of the establishment(s) or the manager of the company (companies).
Provide proof of payment and use of the radio frequency spectrum in accordance with the fee schedule for the radio frequency spectrum approved by the Communications and Information Technology Commission.
A commercial registration that includes the required media activity.
The license applicant must have a specified address (National Address).
The applicant’s ID must be valid (National ID, Resident ID, or Passport).
