    The applicant must be the owner of the institution(s) or the manager of the company/companies.

    Provide evidence of payment of the financial consideration, and the use of frequency spectrum according to the approved financial consideration list for frequency spectrum by the Communications and Information Technology Commission.

    The applicant must have a specific address (national address).

    The applicant's identification must be valid (national ID – resident ID – passport).
