This service enables the distribution of local books and publications and allows for their trading and publishing.

Duration of distribution: One year

Steps

  1. 1

    Through the electronic services (distribution of books and publications):

  2. 2

    Access via the unified national access service.

  3. 3

    Submit a new application.

  4. 4

    Review the declaration and commitment.

  5. 5

    Fill in the data of the material or publication.

  6. 6

    Specify and select the authors.

  7. 7

    Complete the application details and upload the initial draft.

  8. 8

    Confirm the submission of the application.

  9. 9

    Notify the beneficiary of the confirmation of receiving their request.

Conditions

  1. 1

    It shall not violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

  2. 2

    It shall not lead to undermining the security or public order of the country or serve foreign interests conflicting with national interests.

  3. 3

    It shall not stir up sectarianism or promote discrimination among citizens.

  4. 4

    It shall not infringe upon the dignity and freedoms of individuals, or blackmail them, or harm their reputation or trademarks.

  5. 5

    It shall not promote or incite crime.

  6. 6

    It shall not harm the economic or health situation in the country.

  7. 7

    It shall not disclose the facts of investigations or trials except with the permission of the competent authority.

  8. 8

    It shall adhere to constructive and objective criticism aimed at public interest and based on true facts and evidence.

Required Documents

    A copy of the material in PDF format.

  2. 2

    Proof of ownership of copyright and distribution rights for the material.

  3. 3

    Attach authorization from the author to the applicant if the applicant is someone other than the author.

  4. 4

    Attach the contract between the author and the publisher if the application is submitted through a publishing house.
