Branch Sector: The main branch in the Central region.

Location: Riyadh, al-Nuzhah District

Branch Services

- Managing the licensing process for all broadcasting and media content activities and issuing licenses. - Proposing broadcasting and media content licensing fees and suggesting amendments, submitting them to the relevant authorities for approval. - Negotiating with the Communications and Information Technology Commission regarding the spectrum allocated for media broadcasting in accordance with the Communications Law. - Negotiating with the Communications and Information Technology Commission regarding the technical specifications of media broadcasting devices, issuing approvals for their import and allocation. - Monitoring all broadcasting and media content service providers to ensure compliance with regulations and the terms and conditions of their licenses. - Receiving and investigating complaints related to broadcasting and media content. - Establishing a mechanism for settling disputes between the Authority and broadcasting and media content service providers in accordance with the relevant regulations.
