The license applicant must commit to adhering to the regulations related to content, advertisements, classifications (including age classification), and instructions issued by the Authority.
The license applicant must commit to providing any data, information, or reports requested by the Authority.
The license applicant must commit to immediately ceasing the advertisement of any media content upon request of the Authority, without objection.
The license applicant must commit to not displaying any advertisements except through an account registered with the Authority and linked to the license granted to the licensee.
The non-Saudi license applicant must commit to not engaging in the activity unless after obtaining the necessary licenses and approvals from the Authority and the related entities.
