Service cost 100,000 Riyals for the broadcasting service via a terrestrial station (the authority specifies the geographical range and the financial consideration for distribution points for each license). 2,000 Riyals for the broadcasting service via other means.
License duration: 3 years

To provide evidence of a contract with a licensee of a platform or media station.
To commit the licensee applicant to adhere to the type of radio programs specified in the license granted.
To commit the licensee applicant to abide by the frequencies allocated to them by the authority and the telecommunications body, and the specified geographical coverage range, in accordance with the procedures and technical standards for using the frequencies.
Commercial register with the required media activity added. The license applicant must have a specific address (national address). The applicant's identification must be valid (national ID – resident ID – passport).
